Obstacle Avoidance Robot

Aim

The goal of this activity is to demonstrate an obstacle avoidance car. When an obstacle is detected from a certain distance, the car moves away from the obstacle.

Materials Required

  1. Arduino UNO R3 – 1
  2. USB Cable – 1
  3. 2WD Car Kit
  4.  L293D Motor Driver – 1 OR L298N Module
  5. Ultrasonic Sensor – 1
  6. Several Jumper Wires

Desired Outcome

When the car detects an obstacle from a certain distance, the car takes a diversion from there.
